Apply The Relationship of Your Inspiration & Motivation

“Take your current best and make it better with development and breakthroughs “

– Raj Gavurla

Growing your productive performance process is essential because it allows you to achieve development, breakthroughs, and records towards your greatest dreams and goals – they become greater.   When helping my client they either have motivation or want and need motivation.  I tell them to talk about it.  We do so in our session.  I ask why haven’t you said anything about your inspiration?   The silence or response is highly individual.

Your intrinsic inspiration creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic inspiration rewards.  Your intrinsic motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic motivation rewards.  When you apply the relationship of your inspiration and motivation they have an inseparable relationship.  Your intrinsic inspiration and motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic rewards.

Your intrinsic inspiration and motivation is highly individualized.  During my client’s sessions, I help and work with them to understand why the relationship of their inspiration and motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic rewards.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Organization/Team/Teammates) Continuum:

“The Zone” & “The Zone Effect” is described as making performance improvements, breakthroughs, records, everything is in slow motion (everything slows down), time stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), distance stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), your life and performance feels effortless.  Neither is repeatable.  You are growing as a person, interconnected with your life, business, and sport(s); Your “The Zone Effect” Development, Breakthroughs, and Records.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Team)

When I’m performing my goal is being “in the zone” more often.  When I am, my teammates are “in the zone” and each has “the zone effect” development, breakthroughs, and records.  When the team talks about it it’s a fun relationships and learning experience.

This is important.  Only be “in the zone” when performing.  During your sessions of rest, relaxation, social outlets, and hobbies have fun and enjoyment.  Be your authentic self so you don’t have to be someone else.  It’s invigorating!

What Are Your Fun Win More Living Better Outcomes?

“We want to win more fun living better outcomes.” – Raj Gavurla

What are your win more fun living better outcomes?

Decades ago I had an epiphany “win” and over the decades this is what I learned:

In order to win you need to dream and have goals.  It’s known without the ability to dream you would go insane.  Yet, so many people leave dreams to fate and are not consciously conscious about dreaming, how to interpret and apply their unexpected dreams, and what their nightmares mean.

Secondly, stop comparing yourself to others.  Sure, you can do research to have a barometer, however, it’s your value add that makes the difference. You are at your unique and different place interconnected with your life, business, and sports.  Therefore, how does your life interconnect with your goals and what is the right support system for you.  This is where for each of your goals you form the right support system consisting of helpful services.

Thirdly, people are not living better outcomes.  See your knowledge, experience, skills, and passion for more fulfillment isn’t just to win.  What are the living better outcomes?  This is when the endorphins flow.  As you achieve living better outcomes, the wins become easier and you win more fun enjoying success and most importantly it’s more fulfilling.

Fourthly, in the interconnected of your life, business, and sports consistently have skills in each you are developing, building, and growing.  For each skill to migrate to the next stage you intelligently work by consistently scheduling sessions to learn how to learn, that are challenging towards a breakthrough in each stage.

A breakthrough is something you can develop, build, and grow and at times they ignite personal bests.  Examples of breakthroughs are:

  1. You’re celebrating life’s fondest moments with your family, teammates, community, and others.  This could be a special occasion/event, someone’s birthday, graduation, better job, birth of a child, or a reunion. Could be you helped your sister learn to ride a bike and when you let go after several attempts she takes off and you never have to help her again.
  2. You’re the third person in the company to interface to a particular system.
  3. You set a record in [insert business objective/goal].
  4. You ran a 10k after playing tennis when your intent was to run two miles because you felt and experienced “the zone.”.  After this breakthrough, you’re productive performance process foundation grows.
  5. You’re feeling effortless getting to the ball instead of having to exert a lot of effort.
  6. Your company won the innovation award in your industry and received the largest reward of the ten entries.

Therefore, consistently work intelligently challenging towards a breakthrough(s) with sessions for relaxation, social outlet, and hobbies.

In helping and working with individuals, teams, and athletes interconnected with their life, business, and sports, they sometime have a business goal or objective to set a record.  This makes sense.  What doesn’t make sense is the learning from each other and work wasn’t fulfilling and you haven’t grown your productive performance process foundation because it’s not sustainable, teammates became worn out, or injury prone.  There were no sessions for relaxation, social outlet, and hobbies. This isn’t a way towards a fulfilling vibrant business or athlete.

In helping athletes at any level including a national athlete it’s not about win Olympic gold and medals.  It’s much greater.  It’s about living your greatest dreams and goals they become greater.  What are your fond memories, you won gold, the relationships, breakthroughs, successes, and records? You learned from your  support system, modeled someone, or many, however, it was your value add that made and make breakthroughs in you living your greatest dreams and goals they become greater.  That’s essential!

Learn how to learn and apply the learning.

I’m consistently developing, building, and growing my track sessions, tempo runs, and there is no way I could do so without my right support system (me and applying my expertise, track session organizer, exercise functional physiologist trainer, my family).  This is important.  Effectively and efficiently communicate with the people important to you about where and what you are doing.  If you don’t, they will diminish your energy creating mental, emotional, and/or physical block(s).  Instead, I tell them “I’m going to track. Wish me good luck” and they do.  Wow!  Energy is flowing.

Greenville, SC’s professional soccer team, Greenville Triumph, won their inaugural home opener 2-1 versus the Lansing Ignite.  It was sold out.  As I watched standing on the deck, I read the plays coming towards me.  In an instant, calmness became breakthroughs as the athletes ran towards me.  Although Lansing scored first, the ball was on their side of the field most of the first half and second half. Triumph won more fun living better outcomes.

You (The Person) Are Your Greatest Technology

“Take Care of Your Mind.  It’s The Only Place You Live.”

– Raj Gavurla

Your interconnected mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul is much greater technology than the sports watch you buy. If you don’t have one of these, then the ones you do have is much greater technology.  I’m inclusive.  I accept the person the way they are.

Buy a sports watch so you don’t think about time, distance, number of steps, heart rate, fatigue, cadence, ECG, sleep, too much sitting, calories, active time, max speed, average speed, etc. interconnected with your life, business, and your exercise (sports, yoga, hiking, walk, etc.).

You experience more effective and efficient workouts when you let the watch handle this. With the interconnected greater technology of your mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul you feel and experience “the zone” and “the zone effect” development, breakthroughs, and records.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Team):  For example, the “selfless” quality means they have, need, and want “the zone” for them self, each of their teammates and they have, need, and want “the zone effect” for their team living their respective greatest dreams and goals.

Your Development, Breakthroughs, and Records

“You are “The Zone” Performer, an Elite Performer, High Performer, Good Performer, or new to human performance and life. Performers grow their inner voice mind to create development, performance improvements, breakthroughs, and set personal best records.  You are growing as a person, interconnected with your life, business, and sport(s).  Your “The Zone Effect” Development, Breakthroughs, & Records.” – Raj Gavurla

Your Inner Voice Mind (listen to your body, what you learn, see, feel, hear, smell, taste, intuition, heart, spirit, soul)

To experience performance improvements, breakthroughs, and records grow your inner voice mind.  What are ways to do so in a fulfilling, easier, fun, and enjoyable way?

  1.  What do you program into you?  Are you watching, listening to, and reading inspiring, motivating, and success into you?  Or, are you watching, listening to, and reading depressing and sad inputs into you.  One grows you as a person and the other doesn’t.
  2. Your self-talk (grow your inner voice mind).  It’s natural when striving for performance improvements, breakthroughs, and records to regulate stress, pressure, fear, anxiety, intensity, effort, and energy.  Since you have an inner voice mind (if you asked what inner voice mind, that inner voice mind), one way to regulate stress, pressure, fear, anxiety, intensity, effort, and energy is with your inner voice mind.  It’s your subtle inner voice mind.
  3. With you inner voice mind (conscious real time) listen to your body.  With your inner voice mind on a scale from 0 to 10 (highest) the numbers specific to you regulate stress/tension (cortisol, adrenals), pressure, fear (amygdala), depressed (past, serotonin), anxiety (future), concentration/focus (see, visualize), intensity, effort, reward (dopamine), energy (flow), and endorphins (flow).

Example (working on your project, attending a meeting, or preparing for a sporting event):

  1. If stress/tension is a 7 lower it to a 1, if pressure is a 5 lower it to a 1, if fear is a 6 lower it to a 1, if anxiety is a 6 lower it to a 1.
  2. If concentration/focus is a 0 raise it to the right number for you, if intensity is a 0 raise it to the right number for you, if effort is a 0 raise it to the right number for you, if reward is a 0 raise it to the right number for you, if energy is a 0 raise it to the right number for you, and if endorphins are a 0 raise it to the right number for you.

Your inner voice mind is a practical skill for you to use.  Before doing anything whether at work, sports, and life use your inner voice mind to listen to your body to set your performance improvements, breakthroughs, and records being in your optimal performance being state.   Then, since you already know the performance improvements, breakthroughs, and records (that’s done).  Now concentrate/focus on performing in real time.  You’ve optimized your mind’s resources to help you achieve the best.  During your recovery is when you strengthen yourself.  This is when you grow your inner voice mind listening to your body for relaxation, spending time with your family, friends, hobbies, and leisure.

The absence of stress/tension, pressure, fear, and anxiety and the right number concentration/focus, intensity, effort, reward, energy, and endorphins for you is “The Zone” & “The Zone Effect”.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Organization/Team/Teammates) Continuum:

“The Zone” & “The Zone Effect” is described as making performance improvements, breakthroughs, records, everything is in slow motion (everything slows down), time stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), and your life and performance feels effortless.  Neither is repeatable.  You are growing as a person, congruent, in connection with your life, business/work, and sport(s); Your “The Zone Effect” Development, Breakthroughs, and Records.

My “The Zone” & “The Zone Effect”

My mom made a breakthrough and set a record for the length of time she balancing on her own.  She is recovering from a stroke.  I want her to use her abs and obliques to balance and grow her inner voice mind to overcome come the fear (amygdala) of losing balance.  This success is strengthening her mind/body (mind, heart, body, spirit, and soul).  We are building on her success.

I’ve updated my website to make it easier to communicate my value for clients and the marketplace.

Describe An Experience, Situation, Or Sports Using Better Words & Better Language Instead of Violent Words & Language

“Win fun enjoy living a robust life making lives better to set personal best records experiencing intelligent breakthroughs in human performance, life, organizational development & breakthroughs.  That means some win more, each wins, and no one loses unless there is violence.” – Raj Gavurla

Seeing the violence occurring locally, nationally, and throughout the world, what can be done to bring civility? Why are people verbally attacking each other maliciously, denigrating, and degrading them self or another person?

This doesn’t honor the human dignity people need to help and work together to forward, elevate, and thrive humanity individually and collectively to raise the standard of living making people a better life, better living, and better future.

The English language is a lexicon of robust words of vibrancy and comity. How come more people don’t use them instead of violent words to describe non-violent experiences, situations, and sporting events? From the early days one can think we’ve come a long way from having to literally fight to survive and eat daily. Therefore, using violent words instead of killing was the next level of success. Hence, the fight/flight response. Important to know there are more responses bringing an abundance of sharing and connection. How about the sharing with each other without putting each other on the defensive response, the only win fun better common outcomes response, or the make lives better response, prevent deaths response, and save lives response?

With this sharing, connection, and building relationships with good communication more is learned and apply the learning. What are examples:

  1. Someone says “we, they, you or I killed them” or “I killed him or her.” when referring to an experience, situation, or sporting event. Really, who was killed? Thankfully, no one.
  2. In business or on a team people dismissing an idea or someone’s input saying, “you don’t know anything” or taking something a colleague said out of context and having a “grudge” against them instead of talking with them to help seeing this as an opportunity to correct a colleague to promote your values, good communication, and good relationship building to make your organization stronger. Your colleague will be thankful for you making the effort to embrace them versus disliking them and other colleagues will sense a good workplace culture and environment.
  3. When watching basketball, I hear announcers say and “a dagger” or “go for the jugular” to describe a three pointer or dunk. I’m glad there wasn’t “a dagger” and everyone’s “jugular” is in place. I would much rather hear it was an amazing high arching shot soft through the net or they are finishing or closing the game.
  4. Then, there is the “punch them in the mouth” or “we’ll kick your _ _ _.” Gratefully, there was no fist fight and no one was kicked. I would much rather hear win fun better outcomes the right way or what’s important is what we do and how we perform or play not what they do.

This usage of violent and malicious words and language is projecting itself into politics. Whether it’s during a presidential campaign or when politicians rally their base to “fight”. Some people take this literally being frustrated, have no emotional control, and cause societal violence. Why not instead rally them to “win fun better common outcomes” or “work together”?

These are just a few of the examples coming to my mind. My learning point is each example can be spruced with better words and better language making the description of the experience or situation more meaningful and pleasurable. It also becomes an educational teaching moment on people skills, realizing the essence of life, citizenship, and sportsmanship.

Unfortunately, these examples carry over into our kids lives as they watch t.v. and have social and educational experiences, situations, and play sports at school. The need for the use of better words and better language is a way to eschew conflict and violence in our kids school and during sporting events. The Bestie Boys lyrics “you missed two classes and no homework” “you gotta fight for your right to party”. Why not “you gotta only win fun better outcomes for your right to party?” Why are there fights at kids games by kids or adults? That’s non-sense! We don’t do that here.

By using better words and better language when describing an experience or situation you create good communication and good communication builds good relationships.

The following is my value graphic I use when helping and working together with an individual, group, or team to develop and make breakthroughs.

I’m always learning and apply the learning. Apply the use of better words and better language to see how civility and dignity by each person builds good communication, good relationships, and brings more civility locally, nationally, world wide, and globally.

Reflect on your experiences, situations, and sporting events. Could you have used better words, better language to create good communication and build good relationships to help and work together towards only win fun common better outcomes? Some win more, each wins, and no one loses unless there is violence.

What refulgent effect would this have in your family, with friends, in your workplace culture and in your environment? Would there be less stress, less anxiety, less yelling, less unhappiness, less loneliness, more civility, better outcomes, compassion, respect, helping and working together instead of denigrating and degrading your own or another person’s brain and mindset?

Apply the learning. This slight adjustment in our frame of mind I know and believe ignites peace over violence one on one, one by one.

Solution:
