A Few Sentences To Significantly Reduce Your Anxiety

“You have to and need to live more to enjoy and have fun!” – Raj Gavurla

Anxiety comes in many forms such as performance anxiety and social anxiety.  Since each person is different, unique, and in leadership the symptoms vary in frequency, intensity, duration.  To grow your mental skills with breakthroughs training here is a simple way to significantly reduce your anxiety.  Repeat the following sentences silently to yourself to nurture, develop, build, and grow your mental skills with breakthroughs training.

By reading my post you are in the nurturing stage.  To advance to the develop, build, and grow stages to make accomplishments repeat these sentences silently to yourself doing three sets of twenty repetitions and one set of ten repetitions.  By doing this you will be more effective and efficient because anxiety won’t distract, interfere, or create static in your mind.

Here are the sentences:

  1.  “I have to and need to live more to enjoy and have fun!”
  2.  “I have to be nicer to myself.”
  3.  “I feel effortless.”
  4.  “I have more self care.” [your anchor; use this the most]
  5.  “I feel more self care.”
  6.  “I have more heart.”
  7.   “Our team likes inclusive leadership teamwork.”
  8.  “Our team feels effortless.”
  9.   “I feel worthy.”
  10.   “Our team feels worthy.”
  11.   “Our team makes each other better.”
  12.   “It’s fast paced.”
  13.  “I have to make my parents better.”
  14.  “I have to make my family better.”
  15.  “I have to [insert action] ex: “I have to write my blog post.”
  16.  “I have more self care.” [your anchor; use this the most]
  17.  “I have gifts, talents, and skills.”

Example:  To train you another way of describing “the zone” is effort is distorted similar to time is distorted and distance is distorted.  I walk 1.8 miles to the store to experience “the zone” more and more often.  Today, I made more breakthroughs and it felt effortless running three miles.  I would love to experience “the zone” more and more often when I run and more breakthroughs when I walk.  Time, distance, and effort (feels effortless) are distorted.

You use these sentences as needed in any order by implementing them in real time.

Conflict Resolution: Living As A Family & Teammates Using Soccer Referee Yellow & Red Card

“We are living as a family and teammates (together everyone achieves more) making each other stronger and preventing injury.” – Raj Gavurla

Here’s a simple way to have a successful conversation living as a family and teammates to make each other stronger and prevent injury.  I show you how to use my adaptability link tool and concept specifically for conflict resolution using a soccer referee yellow and red card.  

In soccer a yellow card is given when there is a concern about the professional interpersonal play between players on the two opposing teams to specific player(s).  It tells the player(s) to be careful (use caution).  Using my adaptability link tool and concept we’ll apply it to living as a family and teammates.  When there is a communication conflict, problem, or issue one of the individuals gives another a yellow card.  Examples:  Someone says

  1.  I don’t like your behavior
  2.  You have attitude
  3.  I don’t like the way you are treating me
  4.  You’re not doing your job
  5.  “You don’t know anything.”
  6.  Calling me “dumb guy”
  7.  “You’re stupid”
  8.  “You’re uncaring”
  9.  etc.

You don’t need to have a physical yellow card.  Pretend you have one, hold it up, and say “I’m giving you a yellow card for saying [insert one of the examples].  Be careful.”   Then for example, the person says “I called you a dumb guy because you didn’t do what I told you.”  You reply “we don’t talk like that.  Upgrade your words (use better words).”  Then you tell them for example I had a meeting to attend and can’t drop everything I’m doing to do what you told me to do.  Usually the person will realize the inappropriate words and they might apologize for using those words or still might use inappropriate words at a future time.  Then you give them another yellow card until the bad habit is corrected.

In soccer a red card is given when there is a concern about the professional interpersonal play between players on the two opposing teams to specific player(s).  The player(s) is ejected from the game.  Using my adaptability link tool and concept we’ll apply it to living as a family and teammates.  When there is a communication conflict, problem, or issue one of the individuals gives another a red card because the conflict was more inappropriate.

You don’t need to have a physical red card.  Pretend you have one, hold it up, and say “I’m giving you a red card.”  This means both individuals stop talking (zip it).  They don’t talk to each other until the person who gave the red card talks to the them.  The next time they talk (few second(s), minute(s), hour(s), day(s), week(s)) both forget about the red card and talk about something completely different.  For example, what do you want to eat for dinner or some other professional interpersonal project, task, priority, initiative, objective, goal, or concern.

If either person says “no red card”, then that means immediately there needs to be a slow caring successful conversation because someone’s feelings, emotions, and/or mood is hurt.  They feel you were rude, disrespectful, and/or very offensive.   The two of you will be able to solve it together.  This will build your professional interpersonal relationship(s) living as a family and teammates.

This makes sense compared to in fighting, bickering, and/or toxicity.  Would you be against using my adaptability link tool and concept to live as a family and teammates (together everyone achieves more) making each other stronger and  preventing injury?

Have you heard of think it into existence, speak it into existence, or write it into existence to work a solution into existence? Here’s my example of write it into existence:

1. It would do a world of good for medical treatments not to have side effects. Ex: Controlling blood pressure with medication (chemical toxins) is causing chronic kidney disease (stage 3 to 4 to 5) Better medical treatment is stage 5 to 4 to 3 to 2 to 1. How do you see us proceeding to create a solution?

2. Experience greater peace using better communication to prevent bullying and violence.  How do you see us proceeding to create a solution?

3. Don’t be fatalistic.  How do you see us proceeding to create a solution?

4. Increase your wellness to live more, learn more (continuing education), do better business, and raise a family with economic mobility and prosperity.  How do you see us proceeding to create a solution?

5. An infinite fuel source for your car. Doesn’t release toxic emissions and doesn’t need recharging.  How do you see us proceeding to create a solution?

You’re Not Too Old To Add Dreams & Clear Goals

Hey Friends,

I hope you and your family are well during the pandemic.

As you grow older be sure to add dreams and clear goals.  You are never too old to add dreams and clear goals.  Sports often breaks barriers that have societal ramifications.  Although George Blanda was 48 years of age, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with Tom Brady, age 43, as their quarterback are in the Super Bowl against the Buffalo Bills. It’s the first time a team has home field advantage.

But while Brady looked 43 last week, he came out this Sunday and clinically led the Bucs to a touchdown on their first drive, converting three third-downs in the process. Their second touchdown came after a 52-yard connection to Chris Godwin, notable after a game last week when it felt as though there was a force field preventing passes that might seek to sail 20 yards beyond the line of scrimmage. It really started to feel like Brady’s day in the final seconds of the first half, when the Bucs decided to go for it on fourth-and-four with 13 seconds left, instead of punting, then Brady took a shot to Scotty Miller on the next play. The result was a 39-yard TD.  BY

I replied to a friend’s post regarding humanity (humanitarian first).

These are some additional pragmatic ideas; my thoughts, thinking, and feeling on mental health continuum and prevention, no age barrier over 18, poverty, and homelessness. With discussion we can innovate to build and grow this:

Health Social Responsibility, Social Action, Social Justice:
1. Create a talent/employment pool for people who are higher functioning that have a health diagnosis i.e. mental health, diabetes, cancer, or other to work whenever they can in their field of study, experience, or choice not when the talent pool/employer wants them to work virtually, remote, on-site, in person in defined learning/work sessions of varying skill and time duration living more next level of success/rehabilitation health, wellness, and economic mobility to gain as much independence as possible with their fluid treatment team. This doesn’t mean someone does the good value intelligent work for them that is easy, a challenge or struggle for them. It means they work thru the good value intelligent work with the right coordination, communication, connectivity, and involvement to help and support them to learn the skill(s) required (necessary) succeeding in their next level of living more health, wellness, and economic mobility. Talent pool/employers benefit with the delivery of good value intelligent work and having a role in making a person successful.

2. No age barrier over 18 in business and sports

Poverty & Homelessness Social Responsibility, Social Action, Social Justice:
3. Prevention of bad (mal) health/wellness/fitness, universal basic income to eliminate poverty and homelessness to create economic mobility to help and grow individuals and their family, businesses, communities, schools, and others. Also helps to prevent criminal activity and types of discrimination.
