Apply The Relationship of Your Inspiration & Motivation

“Take your current best and make it better with development and breakthroughs “

– Raj Gavurla

Growing your productive performance process is essential because it allows you to achieve development, breakthroughs, and records towards your greatest dreams and goals – they become greater.   When helping my client they either have motivation or want and need motivation.  I tell them to talk about it.  We do so in our session.  I ask why haven’t you said anything about your inspiration?   The silence or response is highly individual.

Your intrinsic inspiration creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic inspiration rewards.  Your intrinsic motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic motivation rewards.  When you apply the relationship of your inspiration and motivation they have an inseparable relationship.  Your intrinsic inspiration and motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic rewards.

Your intrinsic inspiration and motivation is highly individualized.  During my client’s sessions, I help and work with them to understand why the relationship of their inspiration and motivation creates greater intrinsic and extrinsic rewards.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Organization/Team/Teammates) Continuum:

“The Zone” & “The Zone Effect” is described as making performance improvements, breakthroughs, records, everything is in slow motion (everything slows down), time stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), distance stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), your life and performance feels effortless.  Neither is repeatable.  You are growing as a person, interconnected with your life, business, and sport(s); Your “The Zone Effect” Development, Breakthroughs, and Records.

“The Zone” (Individual) & “The Zone Effect” (Team)

When I’m performing my goal is being “in the zone” more often.  When I am, my teammates are “in the zone” and each has “the zone effect” development, breakthroughs, and records.  When the team talks about it it’s a fun relationships and learning experience.

This is important.  Only be “in the zone” when performing.  During your sessions of rest, relaxation, social outlets, and hobbies have fun and enjoyment.  Be your authentic self so you don’t have to be someone else.  It’s invigorating!
