Do Mastery (Daily Performance and Life)  =  Learn to know why & how to do it —> Talk about it before and after doing it —> Feel while doing it —> Close eyes while doing it —> Add to it —> You have mastery of it

The best way to experience breakthroughs is by doing what you want a breakthrough in daily.  It’s the cumulative effect of daily training (practice) for shorter periods of time than doing it for hours at a time.  This process has a much greater effect than cramming hours of training and not feeling fulfillment, fun, and enjoyment and getting down on yourself for not experiencing a breakthrough.  To experience a breakthrough faster, do what you are doing with “more feel”, “close your eyes” while doing it, and talk out loud about what you are doing before and after doing it.  After you know how to do it, experience breakthroughs by using the techniques and tips of:

  1. Daily training (practice) for shorter periods of time
  2. Doing it with “more feel” since you already know how to do it
  3. “Close your eyes” while doing it
  4. Talk out loud about what you are doing before and after doing it

After you experience a breakthrough, add to it for the next level of success or if you’ve mastered it pick something else to experience a breakthrough in.  Anything you do having a mentality of working on breakthroughs will make your performance and life better.

Apply this strategy to all aspects of your life: family, dreams, vision, mission, goals, aspirations, job, athletics, income, learning, spiritual, athletics, friends, and social

By many “the zone” effect is described as everything is in slow motion, time stands still (isn’t a deterring factor), and your performance feels effortless.

I experienced a breakthrough in my basketball ball handling.  What made a huge difference is I already know how to do it and was using too much of my mental capacity of knowing.  When I used my mental capacity to “feel” since I already know it I experienced a breakthrough.  Adding to my mental capacity to feel I closed my eyes to feel more.  I experienced another breakthrough.  Then, I added other moves to my ball handling.

When I know I’ve mastered it, I won’t have to work on it anymore.

Here are three phrases I use to get into “the zone” experiencing “the zone” effect:

  1. Business:  “Work in the moment”
  2. Sports: “Play in the moment”
  3. Life: “Live in the moment”

I. Think the right way in between what you are accomplishing (doing)

Ex: Business: the time in between doing your work

Sports: the time in between actual play

Life: the time in between your work and play

II. Think the right way while you are accomplishing (doing)

Ex: Business: the time while doing your work

Sports: the time during play

Life: the time during your life

It was Saturday morning and I drove to attend a community breakfast at Nicholtown Missionary Baptist Church.  It’s always nice and amazing meeting people and making friends in their place of worship.  There was an unexpected success.  The pastor wanted me to say the prayer before eating.  My day became auspicious (type of day to write in my workbook).  As I mentally prepared, I told myself “talk from the heart” .   We prayed and it was the first time I’ve lead a prayer in public.  I don’t have the words to describe the amazing feeling running through me.  An amazing “the zone” experience I will recall often.Your Most Recent “The Zone” Effect

Here’s an exercise for you?  Describe what causes performance anxiety and stress.  Then, change each factor so you experience “the zone” the next time you are scheduled to perform.  Performance anxiety and stress are usually caused by a time crunch (doing too much in too little time), environmental, relationship issue, or over thinking.

You are always on a team.  Although it may be just you working on an initiative, it effects others in some capacity.  As you experience intelligent breakthroughs there are people who are supportive, encouraging, helpful, on the sidelines, and naysayers.  Most importantly, you believing in your ability to succeed is essential.  The best people come into your life as wanted and needed.  People might oscillate between being supportive, encouraging, helpful, on the sidelines, and naysayers.

You love doing everything for your team to win fun the best.  When each teammate does this experiencing intelligent breakthroughs to win fun the best, together everyone achieves more (TEAM).

Win The Best Fun, Win Fun, Or Lose?

“Talk about living with more ease and fulfillment. I’m always giving, earning, experiencing breakthroughs building, and growing the right trustworthy relationships.” – Raj Gavurla

Did you “win the best fun”, “win fun”, or “lose”?  It depends.  If there are eight individuals or eight teams vying for the one “win the best fun” then one individual or one team “won the best fun”.  Does that mean the others lost?  No, it means they “won fun” in the order of their accomplishment.  Eight participated and no one or no other team had the privilege of participating.  When does someone or a team lose?  If they or their team didn’t have fun.

I write this because people  are being much too hard on them self.  As a boss or coach, your employees or athletes are being too hard on them self.  To experience and earn breakthroughs equip them with this intrinsic motivational and inspiring mental performance and life tool.

What would happen if we used this innovative way to create positive change in the way we keep track and score in business, sports, and life?  Do you think employees, athletes, family, friends, and making new friends engagement will build and grow?

Do you know, feel, see, passion, and energy flow in your mind?  Don’t mentally berate, yell, or be aggravated in your mind.  Use words equipping you to “win the best fun” in a mentally “soft tone”.

Experience Intelligent Breakthroughs Performance and Life

“Breakthroughs in learning to experience performance and life breakthroughs” – Raj Gavurla

There’s no other way than learning from someone to generate breakthroughs in learning to experience performance and life breakthroughs.

Therefore, stop trying to do everything on your own.  It’s impossible because you have aspirations that require you to learn from someone.  What are the two main strategies to accomplish your aspirations?

     1. Ask for the right help and pay them

The point of significance is asking for the right help.  Your personal situation is unique and different and if someone is not able to listen first to what you want to accomplish to deliver the right help then you need to get the right help from someone else.  You want to build an authentic honest dialogue trusting relationship.  This isn’t about personalities it’s about performance and life breakthroughs leadership.

2.  Ask for qualitative advice and pay them

Who you receive advice from for your personal situation is huge.  Anyone giving you advice without listening to your personal situation, building an authentic honest dialogue trusting relationship with you, and doing research isn’t the right person to ask for qualitative advice for you.  When this is done the right way qualitative advice is given in a way that enables you to experience performance and life breakthroughs towards your aspirations.

Reflection:

1. Reflect on the times when you asked for the right help and paid them and also when you asked for qualitative advice and paid them.  It enabled you to accomplish your aspirations with more ease and fulfillment.

2.  Reflect on the time when you asked for help and paid them and also when you asked for advice and paid them.  How did it deter from you accomplishing your aspirations with more ease and fulfillment.
