Positive Emotional Energy Release: Emotional Arousal Fun & Enjoyment

“Performance improvement and breakthroughs feel good.  You are growing as a person.”

Someone posed the questions do you teach in the workplace and when playing sports the use of positive emotional energy release: emotional arousal fun & enjoyment? How can suppressing positive emotional energy with no out let actually be negative to a teammate’s (colleague/client) performance?

Throughout my business career, I’ve observed, helped, and worked with individuals and teammates (colleagues & clients). Bosses and supervisors your employees do dream, need, and want to perform more success continuum for their organization, bosses, supervisors, and teammates (colleagues & clients). Since at the time I wasn’t an excelling expert in human performance, life, organizational development & breakthroughs, I didn’t know why, how, critical thinking performance que, see slow motion (everything slows down), and feel performance que power and control to apply the learning for ourselves.

Some experiences I apply today from the workplace are:

My first professional job I was selected to interview and the job was taken. Because the interviewer, Max Bunner, liked my communication skills he recommended me for another job opening at the organization in Crystal City, VA. During on boarding, I met several people including two who said, Max was very complementary about my communication skills. This is the most important skill a person makes development and breakthroughs in is their ability to learn to communicate with people’s unique and different backgrounds, culture, dreams, goals, experiences, and skill sets.

At this job I would eat lunch often with a teammate (colleague) outside sometime from a gyro cart. As we ate, talked, and watched people, I finished eating much sooner than Curtis. I was a fast eater. It amazed me how Curtis finished eating in an hour. Today, when I eat I think of two people. Curtis, so I enjoy my food and conversation more and my trainer, Ron. I think of Ron because of no fried foods and drink slowly.

At another job, I would be working and an explosion with expletives came from the person sitting in a cubicle opposite of me to release stress. He was a DCS application engineer and I never asked him about his tirade. Nothing flew and it wasn’t against anyone it was his way of releasing stress when working with technology. He was a high performer who I did learn from and was much further than me in career progression. Today, I would talk to him about it. If he saw someone’s kid visiting our office, he would never explode.  Every time I shut down a computer I wait one minute before powering it up because of a former colleague (teammate) named Chris.  It reduces the number of computer crashes.

In athletics, we see examples to learn from. In every sport athletes use positive emotional energy release: emotional arousal fun & enjoyment. Who are the players to learn from in your favorite sports?

Some players like Bjorn Borg and Naomi Osaka, use very little. However, both Borg and Osaka do so with their body language and eyes. Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams use more and Roger Federer implemented the use of more in his career progression.

Not using positive emotional energy release: emotional arousal fun & enjoyment takes away fulfillment, teammates (colleagues/clients) and athletes ability to perform more success continuum to Better “The Zone Effect”, fun, and enjoyment.

How do you know how to use positive emotional energy release: emotional arousal fun & enjoyment, right body language, with or without sound effects, and with or without the right words to release emotional energy and endorphins to release stress, tension, and anxiety?  It depends on the individual teammates (colleagues/clients) and athletes needs and wants.

By using positive emotional energy release: emotional arousal fun & enjoyment you create an electro-chemical reaction to feel quicker (electro-physiology) and stronger (chemical bond).

When used the right way it creates calmness, relaxation, concentration, confidence, resiliency, and social cohesion. As an excelling human performance, life, and organizational development and breakthroughs expert, here’s my advanced human performance tool to Better “The Zone Effect” for you to better yourself for win better outcomes continuum = more success continuum; more win comes to us (teammates/clients) gift for others. .
