Do Your Best, Then Better Your Best

goals

How do you better your best?  You’re mentally prepared so why the inaction to exercise, make a call, and achieve your goal.  You are procrastinating.  I understand some things are mentally tiring and you know where that is most likely to happen.  You have a threshold and you are afraid to break away from it because of the insecurity it causes you.

Since you are always learning, you need to learn what to know about this threshold experience that’s causing insecurity.  When you assess it to deliver by bettering your best with strategy, build a relationship with it, market it in your mind, and evaluate after each effort you are changing the reality of the situation in your mind.

You learned to use solipsism to do your best and with effort you bettered your best.  Continue doing so, forward performing, and you’ll far exceed what you imagine success is because of your achievements, the meaningful process, and the right people who came into your life that you had never met before.

You Are Gifted, Talented, and Skilled

“Gladly believe in your dreams to win paid better outcomes (personal best records).”

– Raj Gavurla

time to believe

Gladly Believe In Your Dreams

Yes, you! Gladly performance motivation and inspiration not self-esteem.  You have gifts, talents, and skills you are not aware of because they haven’t been needed.  Since your gladly doing the right things, your new gifts, talents, and skills surface.   When this happens you increase your situational awareness and better outcomes in all aspects of life.

Win Paid Better Outcomes (Personal Best Records)

Win by establishing your baseline performance.  Then use strategies to win your personal best record.  As you do so you are being paid.  Your pay might not be monetary (you set a personal best record) and then the monetary pay comes to you.  You don’t need to chase it.

This is the essence of life.  It is what separates your best from status quo, existing, and apathy.

What’s The Difference Between Attending A Live Event & Watching A Video?

“You’re unique, different, and in leadership of your situation.  Don’t compare yourself to anyone.” – Raj Gavurla

Have you attended an event in person and watched the same event on video?  There’s a huge difference!

1.  In person attendance, one actually senses, feels, and experiences the ambiance of the entire event.  The featured speaker(s) message is more meaningful and engaging.  You see things you don’t see watching a video.  You participate in select activities and network (build relationships) with attendees (people you know and those you don’t know). Also, if you are fortunate you get to interact with the speaker(s) by asking questions or attending a private dinner the night before.

You might schedule other meetings during non-event time and see a new place or experience a magnificent place again.  It also serves to get you out of the office and realize how everything is in some way interconnected.  You broaden your business and life story.

2.  When watching a video the value is greatly reduced.  The meaning of what is being said can be distorted because the connection of being there in person isn’t there.  If you think, how can that be?  Then, video an interaction with you participating and then watch the video in private.  You’ll see the differences and meaningfulness in value decrease.

There is a time for both.  Determine which is of most value for your situation.

Stop Struggling Or Suffering: Personalize A Positive Not A Negative

“Personalize a positive not a negative.” – Raj Gavurla

Struggling or Suffering

To stop struggling or suffering we must learn to stop internalizing things and instead share with the right person or people. Approach them the right way.

What are you struggling or suffering with?

Examples:

1. Your health is not as good as you want although you sought medical care. Please don’t internalize things by thinking something is “wrong with you.” Instead, share with your healthcare providers how you feel/your feelings, and what you are experiencing.  Be sure to research other treatments and pursue what makes sense to you. Please don’t have fatalistic thinking such as “I’ll be like this for a long time or forever.”

A very motivating, educating, and inspiring scene on Saturday made me think. I saw two people playing wheelchair tennis. I had only seen this on t.v. When they first became handicapped, I imagine life looked bleak. Each responded with resilient fortitude to enjoy, be rewarded, and have fun playing tennis. Amazing! I would love to see them walking and playing tennis. That would endlessly thrill me. Wanting more for another person (others) and someone wanting more for you is living a robust life.

2. In school or at work are you making the progress and advancements you want or need? If not, test this strategy. Learn the history of the field. New neural learning connections form in your brain to make it easier on yourself to learn the new material. Also, learn by researching and talking with the right people to learn the knowledge you need and then deliberately practice the knowledge for it to become skill. Skill is applied knowledge at the appropriate time. To make advancements, use creativity and innovation to make it more meaningful to you. What do I mean? Some things have the same structure whether it’s what you are working on, school work, a football, basketball, soccer, tennis, or golf game, track meet, a song, or a documentary. After having the knowledge and skill, it’s your ability to create and innovate that makes it of value (valuable) to you and to others. This is more enjoyable, rewarding, and fun for you. Test it.

3. If a loved one is struggling or suffering, it doesn’t mean you need to struggle or suffer. Instead, help them and support them with your love, kindness, share meaningful things with each other, and learn medicine to have conversations with them about their treatment plan. It’s very humane to do so. You’ll receive tremendous fulfillment and learn more about the greater significance of relationships.

4. Do what you love or like. If you don’t love it or like it and/or it doesn’t make sense then don’t do it.  Look into it more if that’s important to you.
